If your a regular reader of Thumbelina Lillie you’ll know that my ultimate weakness is shoes. I own a ridiculous amount. From Jelly shoes to Moccasins and from Creepers to T-Bars; You name it, I’ve probably got it. When I came across this pair of White Sweet Bare Strap Sandals* on OASAP my heart melted a little bit. They look exactly like the beautiful Dr Marten Aggy Bow Sandal but come at almost half the price. What more could you ask for?
Even though they also come in black and pink, I was instantly drawn to the purity of the white. Being crisp and clean, I feel as if they’re the perfect summer edgy sandal. But again, I imagine they’re totally versatile with the ability to spruce up any outfit by adding cute socks in the colder months. The faux leather makes them instantly comfortable and the cut outs, like my Jeffrey Campbell Thomb Boots, keep your feet cool. Oh and the bows? Just too cute.
I’m going to wear these to death with every single item of clothing that I own. They’re nothing like any other shoes I have and fit in perfect with the current ‘all white’ trend.
