They say your eyes are the windows to your soul, and then your eyelashes must be the sassy curtains that give you some pizazz and personality…
I love mascara. It totally opens up your eyes and brings life to your face, not to mention it attempts to hide any sleepy bed eyes from any late night boozin’. Whether you have a soft spot for a curly lash, or you live for lots of volume, there are so many mascaras out there on the market; it is almost impossible to choose a favourite! Today I thought I would share my current mascara collection with you…
My oldest favourite comes in the form of the Rimmel Lash Accelerator Endless(£7.99), despite the absolutely vile lime green packaging! If you want something voluminous, then this isn’t for you sadly. However, if you are a lover of separation and length then this is an absolute dream come true. I always find that after applying my lashes leave black dots on the top of my lids from transferring – it adds that much length!
But when I do want some mega volume, I’ll turn to Too Faced’s Better Than Sex(£19) – what a clever marketing play! This does add some serious drama and coats the lashes with lots of thick product that makes you look like you have some serious fullness going on up there. The packaging is a pastel lover’s dream, give me all the pinkness!
A combination of them both is my favourite mascara that I have come across so far, the Charlotte Tilbury Full Fat Lashes(£22). It adds volume to your lashes without the clumpiness whilst giving them some serious length too; it’s a win-win situation with this one my lovelies. You can add as many layers as you want and it still looks ruddy wonderful. Yet, I’m still eager to try her new mascara release!
So there’s my not so little mascara collection! Let me know some of your all time favourites and lemme add to my compilation of products! What mascaras are you lusting after?
